refunds

If no work has been done, a full refund will be issued.If I have already started lining or coloring, only half of the payment will be refunded.If the commission is finished, no refunds will be issued.

Payments through Paypal only.I will send you a link to the invoice via Paypal as soon as we start. Tips are offered on the invoice or through paypal directly.Payments are to be made within 48 hours of issuing the invoice or the commission will be terminated.Split payment plans are accepted. 50% of the payment before sketch and the final 50% before coloring.

Process

Start of commissions
I require the message response time to be within 48 hours at the start of the commision. I will terminate any commissions that surpass that time frame. Time limit will be lifted after the commission is confirmed after the first payment.Please include any photo references or a detailed written character designs. Being extremely specific of what you want, especially in a character design is strongly encouraged! Here is a template to help you, if you're not sure where to start.After payment is confirmed, sketching will begin.Please be patient ♡
I may be working with other clients or working my full-time job, so the process of your commission may take a sometime to complete. I will let you know if I need more time.I will send photo updates of:

✖ COLOR FILLINGChanges only allowed prior to shading.
Any major changes far into the process will require a fee.At the start of the shading process, no changes are allowed.After a commission is finished, I will send you all files via E-mail.
